In case you receive a food product that is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Service department by calling 9846638473 or email us at email@example.com. Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process. Return requests should be made within 12 hours of receiving of the product. If the reason for return is genuine and the fault is from our side, Team consumerfed.online will replace the item in the next delivery.
We do not issue refunds once the order is done and the product is delivered. Still, we realize that exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. Below are the situations we can provide you with a refund :
Non-delivery of the product: If the order is pre-paid and if for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund the amount within the next 72hrs.

If the fault was made due to some negligence from our part, we will deliver a fresh set of the same product in the next delivery.
Product not-as-described : In case the product is not as described, please report the issue to our Quality Support Team within 12 hours from the date of the delivery. Please provide proof to prove that the purchased product is not the same as described on the website. If the claim is found to be true, we will refund the amount in the next 72 hours.
Once you are booked and payed the amount, we do not encourage cancellation from user end.
